How to Use:
Sleep Tight
Apply over to the big toe, bottom of the feet, neck, and behind the ears 30 minutes before bed or more frequently as desired.
Headache Relief
Apply to your temples, back of neck, and forehead. Or roll to your palms, rub them together, and cup over your nose and mouth and inhale deeply.
Immune Boost
Apply liberally to your neck (lymph nodes), down the spine, and/or bottoms of the feet. For best results apply 3-5 times daily when feeling unwell or as needed.
